Ceil Chapman was one of Marilyn Monroe's favorite designers (last image depicts Marilyn dressed in an off-shoulder black Ceil Chapman in a 1950 photo), known for her exquisite tailoring and ability to flatter the female form. This gorgeous creation is timelessly elegant and would be perfect for any formal event.
